Who we are

International Care Group FZ-LLC (“ICG”, “we”), RAK Economic Zone, Business Centre 1, P.O. Box 34005, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, operates this website. For any privacy question, write to cs@intcaregroup.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit the enquiry form, we receive your name, organisation, email address, phone number, country, the enquiry category you selected and your message. Our web server also records standard technical information such as your IP address and the time of the request, which is normal for any website and is used to keep the service secure.

Why we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue the commercial conversation you started. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of an enquiry alone.

Who sees it

Enquiries are received by the ICG team and, where your question concerns a specific territory or product, may be shared with the relevant regional office or manufacturing partner so that they can respond properly. Our website is hosted by Hostinger, who process data on our behalf as our hosting provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your choices

You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to cs@intcaregroup.com and we will respond.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. If you would prefer to avoid that entirely, the fonts can be self-hosted — ask us and we will arrange it.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update the page. It was last revised in October 2026.
